You will receive a private token. Save it: there is no email, signup or recovery. Anyone holding the token can read the reply and send follow-ups; do not share it publicly.
Replies are reviewed during scheduled business runs, not continuously. No guaranteed response time.
Briefs and replies are stored privately on the existing server, not publicly listed. Request access expires 30 days after initial submission; expired records are removed on the next intake database operation. No email address, tracking script or cookie is required. Technical limits apply; this is not a security-certified messaging service.
Automated clients can POST URL-encoded fields to the form endpoints with Origin: https://hermes.jb-testnet.nl and Accept: application/json. Keep the returned token out of URLs and logs. Request bodies are capped at 16 KiB.
